Company & Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Nexara Yacht Travel website ("the Site") and the yacht management, rental and related services described on it. The Site is operated by HOME YACHTS YACHT MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION (Abu Dhabi Economic Licence No. CN-6133302). "Nexara" and "Nexara Yacht Travel" are commercial names used by the Company; they are not, at this stage, a separately registered trade name.

Current Status of the Site

The Site is currently in pre-launch. Content, yacht availability, pricing and services described are indicative and subject to change. No booking, reservation or purchase is confirmed, and no payment is processed, through the Site at this time. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer capable of acceptance until expressly confirmed in writing by the Company.

Services

Once active, the Company offers yacht rental facilitation, crew coordination, and optional onboard services, under its current licensed activity (Yachts Management and Running). Specific inclusions and exclusions for each charter will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Future Intermediary Role

The Company may, as its business develops, act as an intermediary connecting independent yacht owners with clients ("the Network"). Any such intermediary or brokerage activity will only be carried out once the Company has obtained the appropriate licence or approval for that activity. Nothing in these Terms should be read as the Company currently acting, or holding itself out as acting, as a licensed broker.

Booking & Payment

Applies once bookings open.

A booking will be confirmed only once a deposit is received and a written confirmation is issued by the Company. Remaining balances are due before embarkation. Prices include VAT where applicable under UAE law. Until the Company formally opens bookings, these payment terms are provided for information only and do not create any binding payment obligation.

Cancellation Policy

Applies once bookings open.

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before departure: full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of departure: no refund.
• Cancellation by the Company due to weather or technical issues: full refund or rescheduling, at the customer's choice.

Responsibilities

Guests must comply with the captain's safety instructions at all times. The Company's liability is limited to the direct provision of the services described at booking, and excludes indirect or consequential loss, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law.

Insurance

Yachts made available through the Network are expected to carry insurance in accordance with UAE maritime law, as arranged by their respective owners. The Company does not independently underwrite or guarantee insurance coverage for third-party vessels.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by UAE Federal Law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.

Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect the launch of live bookings or the introduction of an intermediary/brokerage activity once duly licensed. The version published on the Site applies.
