Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Object
These Terms and Conditions govern all yacht charter and management services provided by Nexara Yacht to individuals and companies.

2. Services
The Company offers yacht rental, crew management, maintenance supervision, and optional onboard services (captain, cleaning, fuel). No catering or event services are included.

3. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed once the deposit (minimum 30%) is received. The remaining balance must be paid before embarkation. Prices include VAT if applicable under UAE law.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation > 48 hours before departure: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.

• Cancellation ≤ 48 hours : No refund.

• Cancellation by Nexara Yacht due to weather or technical issues: Full refund or rescheduling.

5. Responsibilities
Passengers must comply with the captain’s safety instructions. Nexara Yacht declines liability for accidents resulting from non-compliance or third-party actions.

6. Insurance
All yachts are insured in accordance with UAE maritime law.

7. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by UAE Federal Law and Abu Dhabi jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
